A Bit About Me...
I may not fit the typical mold of many other realtors in town, but that's perfectly fine by me. I was born and raised in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area and hold a degree in Business from a reputable university. However, for the past nearly ten years, I've called beautiful Vancouver home, and I absolutely adore this city.
Real estate has always been a part of my life. I grew up around the industry, thanks to my father, who was a Realtor. The world of real estate has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. What sets me apart from many other Realtors is my hands-on experience. I've taken on numerous renovation projects and have a solid understanding of construction. This knowledge allows me to provide unique insights to my clients when it comes to buying or selling homes.
Outside of real estate, my earlier years in Vancouver were primarily dedicated to the tech industry. I honed my skills in contract negotiation and relationship management while working with some of the world's leading hotels and hotel companies. Additionally, I share ownership of Velvet Lounge Hair Parlour on Burrard & Broadway with my wife. We're proud to say we're now in our eighth year of operation, contributing positively to the Kitsilano community.
Beyond the professional realm, my passions include golf, a sport I competed in during my formative years, skiing, and producing music as a creative outlet. Being part of the real estate industry feels like a natural fit for me, and it genuinely excites me to assist you.
