Of all the agents we contacted, Joe was the most attentive and persistent, so we hired him. He did an outstanding jog of managing us to properly stage the property, providing hands on assistance above and beyond. He arranged for an outstanding photographer, and efficiently produced a magnificent brochure of our house. For the pictures and the following open houses, he stored several boxes in the back of his vehicle. On the second open house, he even looked after our dog while we went to the pub. The house was sold within two weeks of listing.

I recently photographed one of Joe's listings and it was an absolute pleasure!! The place was clean, freshly renovated, and photo ready the second I walked in the door which as a photographer in this industry is 9/10 not the case.
