I recently photographed one of Joe's listings and it was an absolute pleasure!! The place was clean, freshly renovated, and photo ready the second I walked in the door which as a photographer in this industry is 9/10 not the case.
He's an extremly personable guy and very multifaceted (fun fact he produced the music track that was used in the listing video).
